So first thing I would address is her proportions. Everything in the human body can be measured with other parts for length/width. At the moment she's standing pretty tall at roughly 8.5 heads. Females are typically 7-7.5. My thought is more or less preference depending on your design choices. For her second set of arms it may be a good idea to have them coming more from her back than the middle of the torso. (where they are now). So when she rest her arms they don't lay on top of each other or get in the way. But again, your personal design preference.

In general her anatomy is a bit masculine as well. If you can swing it, I'd highly-highly recommend this book/ebook(Anatomy for sculptors). It does a wonderful job explaining each muscle, its shape, relationship to other muscles and gender differences to name a few.

Still a ways to go adding more clothing and such, no idea how to low poly all the nice beads I've made for her necklace and the waterline. But doing my best!

Some of the texturing and baking I've been doing.

Would really like her to look pale but can't seem to get it right, so going for a normal skin tone.

All feedback more than welcome!

I'm not so sure with all the black on her head. it is taking away from what you have so painstakingly modelled, as it doesn't really show it off.
Also for an earlier update. The hair should not go through the horns?
