[WIP] Lagertha - Vikings Fan art

Hi everyone, started this fan art of Lagertha (season 4) a couple weeks ago, hopefully I can get this done before christmas. I plan to have her game ready
Anyways! Any critique, feedback or help in general I'd greatly appreciate along the way.

fabric work is looking really nice so far. I would be careful and not go up in subdivision level too quickly. parts of the face look a little lumpy and that could be the cause.

God forbid when I start the hair I have no idea what's going on there..

Spent some time on the face while doing retopo' on the body. Texturing soon! Any crit on the face at this point will be gold. I see it's not quite there but I'm not sure why yet. I have a feeling it might be painfully obvious too

Finally finished this character, I will be adding more WIPs and breakdowns soon.
A few basic details though, 4 texture sets, 2k Hair, 2k head & hands, 4k Clothes(body), and 2k Weapons. 113k tri.
Programs used: Maya, Zbrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop, Marvelous Designer, Xnormal, Marmoset Toolbag 2

This turned out nice! I think the hair could use some work with being softer and blending more with the head. Overall texturing is very solid. Maybe the skin and eyes could use some tweaking.

I like the textures, but like @slosh mentioned, I'd work a bit more on eyes and skin.
