Suggestions on Retopology

Just looking for more efficient way do the retopology on this model. I know the way to draw the retopology in Zbrush but looking for a little more easy/faster way. I tried Zremesher but with hard surface things get wonky. Also Should I retopologize the model as a whole keep as separate subtools?

Programs I have access to are Zbrush 4R7, Maya, and 3DS Max.

Also up for any other critiques.
