[3Ds Max / UE4] How to properly tile materials on non-modular walls?

Hey, guys. I tried looking for a similar question out there, but I couldn't find anything too helpful.

Basically, I'm trying to create a small room in UE4 using non-modular architecture. The walls are all one piece while the floor and ceiling are separate. I usually work with modular pieces, so I'm not sure how to approach tiling

Screenshots taken in UE4.

As you can see, the adjacent grid materials are misaligned

I'm not sure if that is a big deal, but I'm afraid it won't look right when I add a proper wall texture.

Here is a screenshot of the UV. (Tips on how to improve my UV layout also appreciated.)

Does this look like a UV problem? or is the tiling dealt with in the UE4 material editor? Any help is welcome.
