Most wanted 3D game assets in stores

A simple question from an artist to developers,

When you guys surf the online stores to buy some 3D assets for game dev, what is the most recommended or wanted assets usually developers look for?

I have started recently selling my 3D game assets on multiple websites and would love to know your opinion for guidance

Go to the game stores and sort by popularity. That will give you some ideas.

I researched this before, and off the top of my head, I recall stuff generally relating to FPS games being the most popular. Guns, military vehicles, props, etc. Realistic is also generally better than stylized, since it makes it much easier to mix assets and maintain a uniform style across the game.
Mobile stuff is also good though, and tends to be stylized out of necessity. It needs to either be a basic enough style to easily mix, or be a very large pack. Popular mobile stuff also seems to be more fantasy/RPG.
