I think you might have gone a bit overkill with the saturation

Its hard to see the runes on his chest since the skin is so pink as well, other then that its looking really cool, love all the skin detail.

Textures look awesome, although the skin feels a bit too saturated and doesn't feel like actual skin. And in comparison to the concept, the skin should be a much softer pink.

fixed the skin now. not sure how i feel about the face, not enough detail is coming through. might rework it. next step will be hair and then add the glowing effects to the cape.

Nice!

Just some thoughts, I think the gold parts on the arm need to be larger and come out further. On yours they currently look like they come around the arm when on the concept , the shape kind of moves in and then back out and comes forward (i hope that makes sense.) Necklance could be thicker and gems could be bigger! more bling.

Looking much better! but yeah, I agree with @SveinY, gold could be desaturated. and maybe you can shift the skin hue a tad towards blue or something, to make the pink glow pop even a bit more.

Slowly inching towards the finish line. Tried fixing some of the issues you guys pointed out.

only thing left to do would be to add a few loose strands to the cloth, few fuzzy hairs to the dreads, and add a gound plane.
not sure about this pose, id like to give him a more dynamic pose, but im not really sure how these creatures move

That is looking super cool, but yeah, I think it needs those final details you where talking about to really get there, especially the hair.

did a quick youtube search, they looke very zombie like when they move in game. look at around 3:24.

This is turning out really great! but I agree with lotet the hair needs more work I would love to see more variation in the color, also have u applied a cavity map on the hair? I bet that will help a lot

For the pose I would love to see him casting a spell or maybe attack at the screen with his creepy fingers lol

This is looking really great!

I love the details in the skin and runes. One area I think could use some more detail would be his cloak and the brown fabric hanging in the front. The cloak and cloth are too flat when they would naturally have some waves and folds in them. I think adding some draping folds in the fabric would help push this piece even further. Keep up the great work!

Great results so far. The renders look great and the details really stand out. I would have to agree with @SylveriaDreams, I think the fabrics could have more added details included in it. Other than that, great work!

Pose is looking okay at least

. you could definitely ad more movement to the hips and spine, he is a bit stiff there i think. arms and legs are fine, but the body could definitely be pushed more.
