3Ds Max: Incorrect AO baking

Hi polycount artist.

I just finished 3D motive Scifi Floor tutorial and i have have one issue with AO baking in 3Ds max 2013.

The author of the tutorial unchecked Use cage options in Projection option method. He use offset insted. I followed the instruction but my AO seems wrong. Max does not render any information below "the cage". It looks that the offset function works only in one way - upwards.

Does anybody solve this problem in past? Any ideas?

Note: I use standart materials, there is no instaces, Low poly is one object, Uv is correct, I use Scanline renderer with Light tracer, there is no group in high poly model.
I attached screen of high poly, low poly, UV, Ao and etc.
