I'm looking for somebody to help me take a handful of character models, each with distinct proportions, tweak them to fit on a common skeleton (provided by myself) and then skin them to this skeleton - preferably in 3DSMax.

The characters are all around 15,000 polys and the skeleton is a pretty straighforward humanoid rig so there's no crazy rigging or modelling skills needed really.

A bit of soft selection nudging should be all that's needed to get the characters models in the correct position, and then the skinning should be pretty straightforward stuff - I'm looking for decent quality deformations though so no skimping! The job shouldn't take very long for a competent rigger or character artist at all so could easily fit into most people's schedules.
