Hi,
This will be a Watch Tower in the Jungle.
I still have to apply the texture etc...

The windows will be duplicated so that they are on all or some sides of the tower.

My Reference site was www.primalcarnage.com

Well, i'm no pro here but here is what I think.

-The shape overall is not that much interesting...it's all made of simple boxes here and there without real volume to it.
-Is it an old radar tower or a functional one ? Because your your texture tells us that this tower is quite abandoned or something like that.
-You should redo your texture work with something more appealing to it, because right now it's kinda flat and boring without details at the the right places.
-If your tower is placed in a jungle setup and it is abandoned, I would personaly go with concrete and moss stuff, with damaged ramp, concrete block missing and some plants growed over the moss...it could be a nice way to improve your fidelity regarding your setup.
-Don't be affraid to put more polys in your stuff, you'll get more variation and realism if you crease some corner and chip some places.
-The satellite is a bit out of place and too small...I would rather go for a radio antenna.
-Add some wires to your fuse box.
-a bigger and more noticable door frame would be welcome too.
-add some details to your lights...a box with a bevel is a bit....dull

Thats is pretty much about it, but like I said above, I'm not a pro and not near to be one, but I hope it will help to improve this model. Take those critics positively to improve yourself, because i'm not bashing at you at all :P I don't know your skill level but that is a great start and you will improve quickly if you practice a lot...that is the key.

    Have a nice one

    Thank you for the feedback!!:)

I worked on the Texture a bit. actually over 1hr lol (Diffuse only) for now.

still need to add texture to the lights and also cables to the fuse box.

The ladder texture isnt finished yet either.

The only thing that pisses me of is that my polycount is whay to high for the model. It went from 2000 ~ polys to 10000 ~ just because of the ladder, railing and a few polys added here and there. :shifty:

    Critique welcome

    Goodnight:)

WOW big improvement here, much more appealing to view. I would personally go for a rusty red peeled texture for the ladder...try for yourself and give me some news about it. Keep it up. Tweak the antenna too, it is again out of place for the moment. Take a try for a radio antenna instead, it will better fit with the rest. imo.
