Makeing an official Sonic level (well kind of)

Well some one enjoyed what i did with the emerald zone here http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=74783&highlight=Sonic+level and would like me to build a level that would actually be playable for a fan game. I'm excited about re visiting a piece that I really did well on but know that it could be better. It would help allot for you guys to tell me what you liked about the first level and what you don't and give me ideas for making it a bit different with out going to far. Thanks in advance

Put a little more effort in the fresnel effects. Right now they're all a little broad and uniform. Perhaps even create fresnel color maps, so you can fall off to a different color than white ?

Loving this.

The colors are very close to what we typically see in a sonic game, but indeed the fresnel reflections are a bit too samey, and the bloom is killing it.

Love the look of this except for the grass. It seems to have more of a clay look than grass like this.
