Hey! Trying to get a copper-esque, bronze-esque material looking right in UDK. I'm starting with a base clean-and-shiny-with-pockmarks metal and trying to mesh paint in a patina or oxidization layer. I think one thing I definitely need to do is pull back on the pockmarks; they're giving it a stone look. I had a cubemap on there before, but the mesh painting broke it. I also tried to play a bit with fresnel, but I couldn't get that working right. Any feedback or suggestions or strategies would be appreciated.

This image is in the realm of what I'm shooting for, but I'm shooting for a bit more gleaming and shiny: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/4/41/Cochise_County_Courthouse_Bisbee_Arizona_ArtDecoDoors.jpg

I think I've just been staring at it so long that it doesn't look like anything anymore, so I could really use some fresh eyes on it...
