The female looks off. Basically the center line(sternum to belly button) is saying the most of her body is from the side view, but her rib cage and breasts are to far to the right. When you are drawing the figure it is important to take measurements of the person you are drawing once you get the gesture down. I bet if you were to look where the breasts sit in relation to how far the knee is poked out you would be surprised.
