I was wondering if you amazing guys could please give me some feedback and help pleaseeee :0(. ive just graduated and im self taught and my old university thought it would be better to teach kids Flash :0(. I was wondering if you guys could please critique my work and tell me where im going wrong and get better. alot of this stuff is still early days

It might be worth you labelling that reference image more clearly. At this point it's sandwiched in between your other work. The presumptuous may leap to the erroneous conclusion that you're trying to pass it off as your own work.
its just a quick and rough metal panel to practice texturing :0)

If you're going to make a 3d version of the concept, it'd be worth doing a block out with simple geometry before you go trying to build detail.
