Game Server Rental?

So with BF3 out now, a bunch of us here at work try to get matches together, but with server issues and the amount of people playing, its near impossible. Therefore, we've been talking about renting a game server.

I'm a console player for the most part and don't know much about the whole renting a server deal. Is it easy to set up? What do I need to know? Is there a company that I should trust more than others? Any info would be great. Thanks.

    Make friends with someone in your IT dept... They usually have a few personal servers going.
