Towel Head Wrap

Alright, I'm calling for help. So I've decided to tackle a pyro, towel head wrap, but I need major help.
How would you suggest I make this?

I tried to model it straight out, but I'm not very pleased with the result. I might try sculpting, but I'm horrible at it.

It's all about the texturing in TF2. The Towel you made ain't half bad, the question is, will you be able to pull it off through the texture.
