looking pretty good. one thing id say its lacking is material definition. the wood looks a bit too varnished, the leather needs a bit more normal information to really sell it. and maybe put a little more texture into the pillows, in the normals anyway.

It looks pretty nice, but could we see some wireframes? At the moment, your texture needs more wear and you silhouette could use a little more geometry, it's looking very polygonal especially on the top corners

one thing im wondering, and this is a noob question
do i need to make a single uv for everything, even if i intend to make the cushions their own object?

it could be lower poly, but my polygon cruncher trial ended.

@baratation: Im not quite sure what you are asking, are you talking about having the pillows on the same texture map?

You can always reduce the polycount by hand.
