[UDK] - Motion blur on particles ?

Hey there!

Is there a way of having motion blur on the particles in the UDK ?
I get the blur on these particles when I rotate my camera etc but if I stay still there's no motion blur on them :(

It seems that with a "MeshData" it is possible; but when I create particles with this MeshData thing, I can't see the particles when I "play in the viewport" (but it's ok in the viewport :s ... even if the motion blur didn't seem to work :( )
And by the way, with this MeshData, I can't find how to make the meshes to always face the camera
