Get Some animators on Pcount!

Wasssuuppppp peeps.

Just wanted to throw up my new animation blog. Gonna put up animations as i complete them with my process of doing it.

These are just animations im doing on my freetime to strengthen up my skills in areas. Working in games has my acting animation weak, and action stuff strong. So im staying out of my comfort zone and am trying to do a bunch of acting stuff to get better.

The rig and model are free and awesome!

It's just a basic framework. It's important to block in key frames in an animation before going into more in depth movement. The block in looks good! And I really like that quick fighting animation you have on your blog.

Hey Brad, great to see some animation on PC (one day, when the animators here number in the double digits, maybe we'll get our own sticky thread!)

Look forward to checking out progress on the acting piece

thanks man! ya i get inspired by all of u modelers and so all i can offer back is animation.

Super Happy Cow- This is the first step in animation. U have to have a rough blockout of what u are trying to achieve. In this blockout u should be able to get the foundation of what u want to animate across.

the equiv to a rough sketch before a drawing.

Looking damn good. I've loved all of your action stuff, very inspiring. Nice to see you branching out into acting the block outs are looking good too.

The Top Gun block out is close to having too many poses if it was more realistic. But it might work out ok with the character style. If I act it out like your character does it feels like its too many poses.
