yea thats dope man, really great points about eventually getting out of the hands on/art trenches and finding satisfaction still in what you are doing, thats exactly how I want my career path to evolve.

Awesome talk. I was agreeing with ALOT of his points. Points about being happy in the work place, being respected for your abilities, being part of a team.

At 34 mins he goes into detail about the characteristics of a creative person - again, I was completely agreeing. Most of what he said, I would define myself as. Which is interesting because I'm always trying to figure out my own personality. I am both intro and extroverted, dark moods, exerted at times and chillen at time.

Really great talk. Bookmarked for future reference

Just listened to this whole talk. One of the best talks I've listened to in a long while. Totally nailed how I see how people should be treated in our industry and how people feel about their work.

I know he pretty much described me and how I feel about my work and some of the same struggles I have faced.
