Fatal Frame

I'm aware I'm 9 years late on this one but I spent my vacation away from Seattle and in the midwest. The upside to this was that the game stores were not picked clean and I managed to find the first 3 Fatal Frame games, complete with boxes and manuals for $30 each which seemed like what they generally go for.
Oh my god. I cowered on the couch like a little girl. Very quickly did I forget that the characters were maybe 600 polys and the textures blurry or of solid colors. The game is just freaky.
Working through the first game, I have found that one of the non-boss enemies scares me the most, known as Broken Neck:
I'm not done with the game yet, but I've had moments that are equivalent to dog-jumps-through-hallway-window. So if you have any comments please avoid end of game spoilers.
Anyone else here picked this game up?

I started out with fatal frame 2 though, and got the other ones later, that game scared the shit out of me.

It is a very good series. If you like those, check out Clock Tower, Haunting Ground, Kuon and a few others. There is this one that takes place on a subway.. can't remember the name. But there are TONS of Japanese horror games. There are a few good PC ones out there. If you are PC only, just go out and get a PS2 for $30 and all 3 games for another $40, as most of the good games are on console.
And in all honesty, I didn't have to pay for FF but they were for a friend who reimbursed me ^_^

maybe the fist game allow you play as a dude a little bit.
I made a big mistake when bought this fist game
thinkin this game was same like resident evil, or
any survival horror i had play before.
so i played in my room , as light off alone .....
i thought that i played as tough police men holding shotgun shooting zombies ...
