3D Max UI customizing - transform dialogue

Hi, does anyone know if you can place those transform dialogue type-in boxes that are in the status bar (next to the animation tools) onto another toolbar, or maybe a script that replaces the transform dialogue box to make it smaller?

I'd also like to know if you can remove those title-bars and window borders

Heres what my current UI looks like and how I'd like it to look like;

oh you don't like F12, hah. Don't think you can add it to a bar unless it's custom written.
