Mouse Controller for ps3?

I came across this the other day at Frys. I never thought the PS3 controller felt quite right for FPS's the way the 360's does and was thinking of picking this up. Any one ever tried it or found anything similar? Nearly 80 bucks is a lot of moolah to throw down.

I think any usb mouse/keyboard works. But only UT seems to support that setup afaik.

If it's like any other "Mouse" for consoles, there will be lag. All it does is emulate the analog sticks.
