UE3 errors

Hey all, I've been busy trying to complete a level... and I just tried to open up the editor and its giving me an error that says this:
AppName: ut3.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: ut3.exe
I've been browsing the web and really found no answer to it, even uninstalling sometimes brings up the same results... so I was wondering if any fellow polycounters have either run into this issue, or know how to fix it, i would be greatfull.
