Realtime display is funky!

Hey fellas, a couple of weeks ago I got myself a new graphics card - a 7600GS. Since then, it's been screwing up my realtime display when I apply normals to any of my meshes.

The image attached shows an example. The rendered version is fine, but I want to view it in the viewport, but that gets completely screwed up as soon as I click 'DX Display of Standard Material'. Anyone else had this problem before?

I tested it in UE3 and it also appears just as f#*ked up in there too. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.
