I modeled the face for this guy back in March. About a month ago I decided to come back to it, then figured why not model a whole body for him. I was hoping to get the base modeling done before my vacation (leaving tomorrow), but didn't quite finish.

At any rate, I'd like to finish the modeling then pose + sculpt in mudbox next month.

How cool is that!
The back pieces look a bit lower-polyish than the rest but I bet these are the parts you mention as unfinished.
I'm loving this. Could you please post a viewport screengrab of it? I mean, without the GI render stuff. Thanks!

great character. love the gear and wing pack. only thing that reall bugs me is the sharpness of the creases coming down from the nose.

Reminds me of Porko Roso! I Love that movie! And this model is simply something to behold! Wonderful in every aspect. My only crit would be the belly button needs more of a funnel-like indent.
