I havent really done much in the way of 2D and this is my first attempt at a face and it's taken a fair old while (2 weeks on and off) using Photoshop & Painter

It may help to post your reference along side, so we may judge the accuracy of your reproduction. (That was one of my favorite games)
Try doing an original work now that you've developed skills with your toolset!
