Triangulation normal error - Painter to Marmoset 3

I am having an issue on most of my flat surfaces going from Substance Painter to Marmoset 3. It looks like this is centered around the triangulated edges for some reason, making the mesh look "squishy" in Marmoset. I have tried a number of things, from forcing my Max export to Marmoset to not triangulate in Marmoset, to exporting my mesh straight from Substance painter. No luck. I need some help getting the correct look you see in my Painter images in my Marmoset renders. Any suggestions??
The Marmoset tangent space for the mesh is set to Marmoset with the Y channel flipped on the normal map.
Image from Substance Painter. Notice the surfaces are nice and flat as the light hits them.
Wireframe from Painter showing the triangulated mesh.
Marmoset 3 render. See the squishiness on the same flat surfaces.
