UI Production Artist – 6-month contract w/ high likelihood of extension
Working closely with our graphic designers, our ideal candidate should be a highly motivated, talented digital designer that understands interface design in theory and execution. Command the ability to create iconography, visual identities and UI assets that are rich with detail, and easy to understand.
Applicants should have the ability to take
direction from a Lead Designer and be very versatile on researching and
executing of different art styles and aligning with our own visual style.
Candidate
Requirements
• 3+ years’ experience designing interfaces and
UI assets
• Bonus: Game industry experience
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and After
Effects
• Able to communicate effectively with both
artists and programmers
• Bonus: Experience with Unreal Engine 4 or other 3D
software packages
• Proven ability to work independently and
collaboratively
• Great eye for high level of detail
• BSc degree or equivalent experience/education
• Legally permitted to work in Canada
