Setting UVs For Tiling Pieces

Hello everybody, i am working on tilable pieces and i modeled some walls etc. I have height maps which is created in zbrush. I want to apply maps to pieces and repeat itself again and again. So i imported map to substance painter to see does it repeat correctly. But unfortunately it doesnt unless i set uv shell 0 to 1 on repeating direction. What i mean i cant put uv shell on a random place. I have to place one egde of wall plane at 0 on v and the other on 1. Otherwise the height map doesnt repeat correctly and gets cropped. I dont want to fit map by hand in shell with ps manually. Do i have to set shells 0 to 1 to cover all of the map and tile seamlessly or is there a different way?
