[REV-SHARE] 2.5D platformer

Hello fellow gamedevs,

We are Frost Phoenix Studio and we are looking for a **3D Artist**, and a **Unity programmer** to join our current well established team.

 

 

•             ***PROJECT DESCRIPTION***: We’re developing a **story-driven puzzled 2.5D platformer** in a **Stealth genre.**

***“Imagine The Last Guardian meeting Mark of the Ninja in an episode of Blade Runner.”***

We're making a 2.5D platformer in a Stealth genre. The game is going to be heavily story-driven and the art is influenced by the Borderlands series and Cyberpunk games. The theme is Cyberpunk SciFi-ish and it got its visual and story inspiration from Blade Runner.

 

 

•             ***TEAM***: There are currently **12 members** working on this project, all coming from all over the globe. We use **Discord** as our main platform for communication. There is also **our potential publisher’s representative** present in our server, to oversee the progress.

 

•             ***SEARCHING FOR***:

 

-              **Modeler**

We are searching for a **Modeler, the modeller will be responsible to create hard surface model assets. **Animation** or **texturing** skills are preferred, but not necessary.

Apart from that, the applicant should also fulfill the following requirements.

1) Understand the project requirements and develop models accordingly.

2) Works efficiently and effectively within the games art style and timeline

3) Create 3D models from concept art made by our concept artists

4) Optimize 3D models for creating the game environment.

5) Review 3D models and provide recommendations for improvements.

6) Is expected to continue to refine artistic abilities and learn from other members.

7) Must be able to model from concept reference and if needed no reference at all.

 

-              **Programmer**

We are also searching for a **Unity Programmer.** Experienced in using**Unity**. The programmer will be mainly responsible for creating scripts that deal with player character. Optional skills like shader programming are preferred, but are not necessary. Apart from that, the programmers needs to -

1) Understand the project requirement and work on scripts accordingly.

2) Create scripts based on gameplay documentation

3) Optimize and review scripts created by other programmers

4) Troubleshoot problems on other scripts, if required

5) Should be familer with using Git. 

 

•             ***ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS***: In order to join our crew, you must also be self-confident, self-initiative, and **able to follow a weekly schedule**. You can **choose your own weekly tasks** and the pace you work with. You need to be comfortable with communicating through voice chat and **participating in weekly voice meetings**. We also expect our team members to solve their own problems with the help of other members. This is why you must also be prepared to help a fellow team mate in any way you can. We don’t require our members to always be jolly, but **we do not accept any person that can’t take a joke**, because we just can’t help ourselves. 

 

 

•             ***COMPENSATION***: This is a **Rev-Shared** project. The compensation depends solely on game sales. The members will be payed based on the profits made by the game and their work. We also have a potantial Publishing deal. But we will aim to continue working on this game regardless if we get the investment or not.
