Looking for Environmental/Prop Concept Artist

Hello, we are a small family run company that needs an artist that can sketch props and environmental tilesets.

We are looking to have a have a Kickstarter going LIVE sometime in may this year.

For the majority of work we will provide isometric (perspective) 3d renders of basic blocked in geometry along with reference images of what we need done. 

The style and theme is a Gothic to Medieval type of fictional/fantasy city setting.

We need tilesets such as:

- Cathedral tiles (broken down into roof, wall pieces)
- Docks and canals (broken down into roof, wall pieces)
- Victorian buildings (broken down into roof, wall pieces)

We need props such as:

- Pipe organ, cathedral props
- Cemetery props 
- Merchant wagons, stands, etc

Other tilesets include:

– a gothic airship (broken down into component pieces)
– a massive pirate/merchant ship (broken down into component pieces)

We are very low on funds until after the Kickstarter, so pay will be much better once we get funded later this year, we will be able to pay a much better pay grade and will need an artist to continue into the next projects soon after.  In which we will increase the pay by at least twice the amount.

Right now we can offer the following payment:
- tile sheets (6 tiles +) - $30
- prop sheets grey tone isometric (6-8 pieces) - $20
- creature design sheet (rough sketches ONLY) - $15
- final B/W creature design - $25

There will be a lot of work to do, enough to keep one busy for the next several months.

We need to be able to see that you can sketch black and white shaded concepts like the following images.
So please only send/show samples that demonstrate these.

We would like to keep a longtime working relationship with a concept artist.

I previously applied and negotiated to work this exact position last year. Contract states the artist must deliver about 30 of these to the client, then if the client is satisfied will they pay you $600. The contract doesn't state what happens if they are not satisfied but they will already have all the files and complete rights to them as per the contract.
