Paid: 3D Advert (Still images)

Looking for an artist (or small team) to create advertising stills.
Basic details: Company requires a high detail bear (Grizzly) and human male (Janitor) to be modeled (with materials/fur) and staged in a business tower foyer scene (also requires modeling and materials). Scene needs to be built, textured and lit according to the client (Day time lighting, etc.).
Should be photo-real, and print resolution quality renders.
Client would like to be able to work with the artist again at a later date to update the advert to replace the environment, and possibly re-dress the human model into different job clothes.
Client budget to be negotiated.
Preferred timing: Sooner rather than later (As with all jobs in our industry)
