Unpaid 3rd-Person Action game about Vampire needs programmers and artists

Hello, my name is Arthur Astakhov. I have an idea to create UE4 based game about young vampire-woman but i haven't money to do this. It will be 3rd-Person Action with elements of RPG ( character progression, dialogs choices and different endings). I have a raw story, special features of this project, and my vision of mechanic in this game. So, i'm looking for persons who will be interested in it and want to try to realize it.
