[3ds max] Need help on IK : the Elbow won't fold

Hello guys, I have an IK chain on my Right arm that works fine. when I try to create it on the Left arm, my elbow won't fold when moving the IK end effector. The arm stay straight. Can somebody help me?

If you have a slight bend in the elbow when you set it up it'll work better
