Looking for an Environment Artist to collaborate

About me:
I'm now programming for 1 year in Unreal Engine and I have 6 years experience with C++.
I would say that I know a lot about the GameplayFramework in UE4 to make a complete game, but I can't model anything.
Who I am looking for:
- Have a strong passion for Environment Art
- Love Survival and Horror games
- Be able to make realistic props and Environments
- Love Sci Fi and be able to make Sci Fi Environments
I would like to start a small game, maybe something big. At the moment I have two ideas and I would like to talk about the ideas after I have an Environment Artist!
