Car Top Speed

So I've been all over the UE4 Forums and other Forums as well. I'm trying to figure out how to increase my cars top speed past what UE4 is giving me.
I've adjusted the RPMS and I've tweaked the Gear Ratio and Torque curve no matter how much I seem to adjust these numbers I cant seem to get the car up past 200/KMH I need something near the 200MPH range. Any input or ideas would be helpful!. I'm trying to create a Drag Race type car.
