[Rev-Share] Looking for TF2 Concept Artist

Good day , I am looking for TF2 concept artist who would make concepts or sketches for hats or miscs items (not weapons). After a while a decided to get back to tf2 workshop but problem is I dont have a good imagination for concepts and new things. For me its very hard to make something by myself.
I would appreciate someone who can make concepts once per month? It depends how complicated that model would be, so you will draw concept once per three weeks or month. It wont be "rush" thing as I still study uni so just as chill.
You will get revenue sharing on steam ,and later if steam will accept our item, money from steam and self-made item in game.
