Windbreaker (Low Poly, Amateur)

The man's model is 898 tris, the windbreaker is 610 tris.

This was my first attempt at a human model and it took me like several days and different iterations to get to this point, all kinds of critique welcome and wanted here.
It's still unfinished and I'm always going back to fix some things and adjust some verts.
Also my first attempt at using blenders vertex painting tools as I couldn't muster up the patience to figure out the messed UV Layout I had for this.
I have no idea how people like the peeps that made the sims 4 managed to make those orderly, straight UV's cause for me whatever i try ends up looking like a half circle with several holes in it.
Blenders paint tools helped a lot with this.
The clipping on the arms is planned to be fixed by removing his upper body when a jacket / long sleeve top is worn.
Im making this for a game I'm working on.

Something I'd love to have adressed:
If you saw this without any context, would you know / see its a windbreaker and not just for example a hoodie, or a normal jacket?
