Looking for pixel artists for mobile game project

So, let me say what need to be said first, I'm not a experienced game developer, and thisjob would be unpaid (at least at the beggining), if the game made some profit I'd be more than happy to share the income with all that were involved in the development.
What i'm looking for is for someone who can make pixel art tile, like in game such as Rust Bucket or Redungeon, the project would be a game similiar to those, and available for free at google play and the app store (I plan so at least)
