UE4 Snapping problem - Vertex snapping

I've been following this tutorial (

I know that it looks really easy on the video but it takes me at least 10 attempts to be able to snap 2 perpendicular wall pieces together (because they're not simple squares, they also have trimmings). I wonder, is there an easier way to vertex snap, like in 3ds max? I really want to learn modular environments but I can't get used to the snapping and everything takes so much time.
