Looking at it being a ilustrative/concept/visual arts portfolio, so maybe some feedback on ..
What kind of pieces are lacking or what do I need more of? What pieces should I cut? Should I ad more pieces? etc.

the faces of your characters are receiving way more detail and attention then the rest of the artwork. its looking really strange,and almost like the faces are Photoshoped in, this and this is a pretty good example of this.
on top of that your anatomy and proportions are of in many places.
for example, giant foreheads on overall very small heads.
your rendering is pretty good, and probably close to professional level, but your fundamentals and especially anatomy is lagging way behind.
