A basic tiling question

So I am trying to follow a simple instruction from Warren to test out a tile-able material from Source in Substance Painter.

I made sure:

- Using simple quads
- UV from 0 to 1
- Export to FBX
- Open in Substance using Unity 5 preset
- Import and add the material
- UV scale to 1

But it doesn't quite line up, what am I missing?
