Baking Texture maps in Substance Painter

So I'm learning about textures currently, I already have my high poly model, and my retopologized low poly model and my UVs unwrapped and I've used Blender to set material IDs for the purpose of texture sets in SP. What i wanna know is, do i have to bake/create my maps (Normal, Ambient, Specular, etc) in Blender before I go to Painter and then only create the diffuse there or can I bake/create them in SP?
