Normals seams on UV borders

I'm importing a skeletal mesh into the engine from Maya. I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out where the seams are coming from.

I feel like I've tried almost every export/import option but I'm not having any luck. Things look ok in Maya. The seams are visible where the borders on the UV map are.

Anyone know what might be up here? Below is a pic of my settings. I've tried a bunch of different ones though. I don't have a normal map applied in the images or anything.
