Tiles - Critique\Help

Hi All,

I'm just about finished with the grayscale portion of this procedural texture. 
Is there anything I can do to improve it or do something differently?

Do you have a reference ? I would be surprised to see tiles with edges wavy like in your substance, you should probably try to preserve more straight edges.
