Maya2016 is a big bug in Windows 10, and pray that you can help me

When in my job, every time to save or open the file, Maya pop-up prompts, let the Maya collapse, my computer is win10, respectively on two win10 computer test, Maya will collapse, asked friends, they have not seen such problem in windows 7, so, I think this is caused by win10 unable to fix a bug?
Guys, do you have a way to fix this troublesome bug?I hope you can help me please........

Hey there lxy57124, I'm not too sure what your issue here is as I can't read the popup dialog box in your screenshot, but have you installed all the latest service packs for Maya 2016? It's always the first thing I forget to do when I install a new version and every single time, most of the weird bugs I get get fixed once I install the hot-fixes! 

Here is a link to the service pack page, I think you can just install service pack 3 and it should include all the others inside.

Are you opening a file when it crashes or just when opening the program? You could try deleting your preferences and see if that fixes it.

Today, I tested maya2016 in Windows 7, and everything was ok......
give up win10?
