I'm have render problem. I need help!

Dear,

I'm using 3ds max 2017 and I'm on VRay render mode.

I was using VRaymtl and Gradient plugin with VRay light. and so, my render view is just like on the top

How can I do for get better render image without this glitches? I hope I can fix it
