Backing round and circle shapes in xNormal

Hello everyone, this is my first post and I would like to say that polycount is one of my top sites that really helped me alot and I'm so grateful to you guys.
Anyway, I'm having problems with baking maps of models that contain round and circle areas (using xNormal) and no matter what I do the result will look jagged and not clean like I want to.
Some screenshots from Marmoset toolbag

I have tried almost everything, different topolgies, using cage, changing settings and it seems I can't figure it out.
Can Someone tell me what am I doing wrong?  Thanks in advance.

Here's a link that contain my Highpoly and Lowpoly obj files.

    pior grand marshal polycounter
The one thing you haven't tried yet ... is to build a lowpoly that actually matches your high :)

V1 on the right here is arguably the closest, but you are transitioning from two 6 sided rings to a 5 sided one, and none of them are evenly arranged. You are also missing the strong bevel that is very noticeable in your highpoly.

    So, time for V5 !

Hey pior , thanks for reply.
    So the problem
is the topology of lowpoly, yeah that makes sense.
Well, I gotta confess; retoplogy is not one of my best skills :) anyway thanks a lot for your help.
