Latest Post indicator has been added

Two wishlist items have been added to the forum. Both in the forum root, and within each category.
Clicking on the user name goes to their Profile, and clicking on the date goes the latest post.
The column used to show the OP's name and post date, not actually all that helpful.
Hopefully this change makes browsing a bit easier.
- Show the latest poster's name.
