Okay, I love working on games! It's wonderful work but people will tell you it has down sides too. Long hours, Work / Life balance, Burn out, Bad management, etc. So here is my question for all of you. What is your personal deal breaker(s)? what are you just not willing to put up with and start looking for that next opportunity? and... Discus!
